We're a fast-growing e-commerce company expanding across multiple online platforms—and we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Cyberjaya, Selangor. Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process online orders across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and more.
  • Keep product listings accurate and updated, including prices, inventory levels, descriptions, and images.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by promptly responding to messages, feedback, and complaints.
  • Monitor reviews and ratings to help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with platform support teams to resolve any operational or order-related issues.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Assist with product photography, uploading new items, and managing SKUs.
  • Support marketing activities such as flash deals, promotions, pricing adjustments, and vouchers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum SPM qualification with credit in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc., is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Meticulous, analytical, and a problem-solver.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, independent, and a quick learner.
  • Fresh graduates and interns are welcome to apply

Additional Details:

  • Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor
  • Work Arrangement: This is a full-time on-site position (remote work is not available).

Pay: RM7.00 - RM8.00 per hour
