About the role

As an Accounts Admin Executive/Senior Executive at Cat Supermarket Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and supporting the accounting functions of our growing retail business. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to apply your accounting and administrative skills within a dynamic and rapidly evolving company.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
  • Able to perform Full Set Accounts
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounts Team as required
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies

What we're looking for

  • Min LCCI/ or Diploma/ Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar Accounts Administration
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and record-keeping
  • Proficient in using Accounting Software and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, organized and team-oriented approach to work
