Creative Graphic Designer

Branding & Design

  • Deliver company's brand vision across all communication and marketing channels
  • Design digital and print assets (e.g., brochures, packaging, signage, EDMs, menus)

  • Manage and execute packaging design and sourcing

Content Creation

  • Develop creative assets optimized for various formats and placements

Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

  • Experience with photography and styling
  • Eye for detail, layout, typography, and motion
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Independent, resourceful, and creative

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a related role, from any industry background
  • Strong creativity in packaging design and marketing collateral (e.g., flyers, posters)
  • Experience working with local printers and managing print production processes is a plus

  • 开发适用于不同平台规格的创意素材

第二职责:视觉陈列(Visual Merchandising)

  • 设计吸引人的实体店内与橱窗陈列展示
  • 以策略性方式摆设产品以提升顾客互动与体验
  • 确保品牌风格在实体空间中保持一致性
  • 掌握零售空间设计趋势与季节性更新

技术技能与能力要求

  • 精通 Adobe Creative Suite(Illustrator、Photoshop、InDesign)
  • 熟悉 Figma 及基础网页/UI 设计工具
  • 有摄影与商品摆拍经验为佳
  • 对细节、版面、字体与动态视觉有敏锐美感
  • 能同时管理多个项目并遵守时限
  • 具独立作业能力、资源整合能力与创造力

  • 拥有 3 至 5 年相关工作经验,产业不限
  • 在包装设计与行销物料(如传单、海报)上有较强的创意与执行能力
  • 有与本地印刷厂配合经验与印刷制作流程管理经验者为加分项
