Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the functional and performance testing, as well as the acceptance testing of trading, payment and CRM system applications and backend subsystems.
  • Analyze and compile software performance testing requirements, develop comprehensive performance testing plans and ensure the execution.
  • Drive and monitor the entire project workflow, assess potential risks, facilitate issue resolution and ensure the quality of the product.
  • Research and implement new methodologies and tools to enhance testing efficiency and establish a robust testing framework.
  • Work with various teams to ensure software solutions meet the user expectations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing and development, with a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field (candidates with non-relevant majors will not be considered).
  • Experienced as a Software Tester or Software Quality Assurance specialist.
  • Expertise in industry-standard development and testing technologies, with a strong understanding of software testing processes and methodologies.
  • Proficient in database operations and SQL, with experience in at least one of the following databases: Oracle, SQL Server or MySQL.
  • Proven ability to independently set up and deploy an automated testing platform (mandatory).
  • Experienced in software development lifecycle management (SDLC).
  • Experience with testing tools, including but not limited to Selenium, Cucumber, SoapUI, Postman, Junit, LoadRunner, Katalon etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong capability in requirements analysis and test case design.
