About the role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Marketing Specialist to lead our content efforts across multiple platforms, including our website, SEO, and social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and producing engaging, locally relevant content that strengthens brand visibility, drives organic traffic, and fosters meaningful community engagement. You'll play a key role in shaping our brand voice and ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies across the website, SEO, and various social media platforms
  • Craft SEO-optimized articles and enhance website content to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility
  • Produce engaging, platform-specific multimedia content—including copy, visuals, and short-form videos
  • Coordinate brand photoshoots, collaborating with designers and photographers to create high-quality content assets
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent scheduling of daily posts and active community engagement
  • Stay updated on digital trends and audience insights to deliver timely and impactful content
  • Support both online and offline marketing campaigns with strategic content planning and execution
  • Collaborate with KOLs/KOCs by providing tailored messaging and creative assets to amplify brand reach
  • Track and analyze content and SEO performance metrics, using insights to optimize future output and improve effectiveness

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing or social media management, with a strong understanding of SEO principles
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
  • Deep familiarity with major social media platforms and local content trends
  • Bonus: Experience in visual content creation, including copywriting, design, video editing, or photography
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively
  • Highly detail-oriented, creative, and proactive, with a strong focus on delivering measurable results
