They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative & Accounts Executive to support daily business operations. This role involves handling basic accounting tasks, managing purchasing activities, and coordinating administrative duties to ensure smooth office and project operations.
Position: Admin & Accounts Executive
Location: Kepong, KL (will move office to Sunway Damansara PJ soon)
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic accounting duties including data entry, payment processing, and bookkeeping.
- Manage purchasing activities, particularly through Taobao and other online platforms.
- Prepare and issue e-invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support daily administrative tasks, including filing, document management, and communication with suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in preparing simple financial reports or statements as required by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or administrative support.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with Taobao purchasing or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of accounting processes and e-invoicing systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be open to relocating to a new office in Sunway Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM2,800 – RM3,500 (up to RM4,000 depending on experience)
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Working Days: 5 days work week, Mon to Fri
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kepong: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
