How you succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to combine strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of wealth management products and services. You'll focus on building a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional client service. You'll also need to stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements.

What you do
- Lead a team of Private Banking Client Advisors to achieve business targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand the client base
- Build and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals and their families
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated wealth management solutions
- Monitor and manage team performance, providing coaching and feedback to team members

Who you are
- A degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business
- At least 10 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of wealth management products and services, including investment, credit, and insurance solutions
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Strong business acumen, with a focus on driving sales growth and delivering exceptional client service
