Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Claims Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing home appliance extended warranty claims processing and coordinating with our partners to ensure excellent service delivery.
This role will be working on a program based in Australia, and will need to work Sydney hours (6am-3pm or 7am-4pm during daylight saving time) - position is office based in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and evaluate appliance extended warranty claims according to established procedures and policy terms

  • Coordinate with repair centres and logistics partners to facilitate home appliance repairs and replacements

  • Monitor claim statuses and ensure adherence to service level agreements

  • Maintain accurate claims documentation and update case management systems

  • Manage invoice processing

  • Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and partners

  • Liaise with insurance and retail partners and maintain strong business relationships

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in claims administration or insurance operations

  • Strong understanding of insurance principles and claims processes

  • Experience with claims management systems or CRM platforms

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

  • Outstanding communication skills English (written and verbal)

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with device protection or extended warranty programs

  • Knowledge of repair and refurbishment processes for electronic devices and appliances

  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
