Job Description

  • Display Design & Creation: Conceptualizing and executing visually appealing window displays, in-store layouts, and product arrangements to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the retail space.
  • Market Research & Trends: Research market trends and competitor performance to develop effective merchandise displays and stay informed on consumer preferences.
  • Sourcing & Materials: Source and select appropriate materials, props, and fixtures for displays to effectively showcase products.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of displays and their impact on sales, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
  • Collaboration: Work with brand and store managers to determine which products will be featured and to ensure visual standards are maintained across locations.
  • Maintain Brand Standards: Execute and maintain consistent visual standards across all retail locations to uphold the brand's image.
  • Space Utilization: Using creative design principles to effectively utilize space and create compelling displays that draw attention to products.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in retail, merchandising, or marketing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong sense of detail and brand presentation.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with both HQ and outlet teams.
  • Independent, proactive, and willing to travel for store visits when required.
