Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire operations of hotels. Operations include front office, housekeeping, maintenance, security, public relations, food service, sales and marketing, multimedia, IT and etc
  • Deal effectively with guest, bosses and staff while keeping the hotels running smoothly.
  • Directly supervise branch personnel and ensure proper completion of the branch duties.
  • Directs and coordinates the activities of the branch.
  • Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel.
  • Monitor and maintain operation & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organization.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Pleasant personality and positive working attitude.
  • Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays.
  • Be on available on call 24 hours a day to resolve any urgent problems on emergencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
