About the Job

To support product pricing / ratemaking for General Insurance personal line products in line with actuarial standards of practice, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with the Company's profitability goals.

  • Assist in performing pricing and profitability testing for personal line products to ensure accuracy and achievement of target NCOR.
  • Conduct ad-hoc profitability assessments on commercial line products and provide recommendations under guidance.
  • Prepare product pricing documentation and filing for relevant products in compliance with internal policies and BNM guidelines.
  • Assist in preparing BNM reporting and respond to ad-hoc requests from regulators or internal stakeholders.
  • Support model review and updates of GLM pricing for Motor products and assist in preparing change requests for REXIT updates.
  • Assist in preparing APR for PDC, GPMAC, BRMC, and BOD submissions.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to reviewing and updating internal policies.

We are looking for people with

  • Degree in Actuarial Science and actively pursuing professional actuarial examinations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAS.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Basic understanding of general insurance products.
  • Good time management skills to organize, plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
  • Proactive in improving processes and adaptable to changes.
