Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Building Surveyor or a related field.

we also welcome fresh graduates with a passion for construction and a willingness to learn.

Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and ideally experience with cost estimation and project management software.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders.

A keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.

Proactive, organized, and solutions-driven with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Accurately prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, ensuring alignment with financial goals.

Tendering & Procurement: Manage the tendering process, prepare bid documents, and assist in the procurement of materials and subcontractors.

Contract Management: Administer and manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal and financial terms.

Cost Control & Monitoring: Monitor project costs against budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and project timelines.

Project Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on project status, financial progress, and variances, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.

Progress Certificates & Payments: Follow up on progress certificates, invoice submissions, and payments to ensure cash flow is maintained.

Subcontractor Liaison: Coordinate with subcontractors on contractual matters, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
