Job Purpose:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Executive to support the planning and

execution of customer data cleanup and inventory/warehouse system projects. This role

will work closely with both the IT division and business users, acting as the key coordinator

to ensure project deliverables are met, data issues are resolved, and process improvements

are successfully implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Data Cleanup Project

  • Coordinate the execution of customer master data cleanup (e.g., email, phone, ID

duplication)

  • Work with internal stakeholders to classify and validate data issues

  • Liaise with IT team on script deployment, system validations, and dashboards

  • Track progress and maintain issue logs

  • Communicate with frontliners/dealers to correct invalid entries or confirm ambiguous

records

Inventory & Warehouse Project Support

  • Assist in gathering requirements for inventory/warehouse-related improvements

  • Support task follow-ups and testing during implementation phases

  • Facilitate communication between warehouse operations and system developers

  • Help document new features, processes, and system changes

Project Coordination & Documentation

  • Maintain project trackers, Gantt charts, and action logs

  • Prepare regular project status updates for management

  • Document SOPs and contribute to change request records

  • Monitor data integrity KPIs and follow up on exceptions

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain, or related field

  • CGPA 3 or above

Experience & Skills:

  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, master data management, or system

support

  • Familiarity with customer master data, CRM, or inventory systems

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and task tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Jira)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work with both technical and business teams

  • Experience with Power BI, SQL (basic), or data validation tools

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of ERP, DMS, or warehouse systems

  • Exposure to data cleanup or governance initiatives
