Job Specification :

  • Familiar with E-Perolehan (EP), STOM, SENNEGO System will be advantaged
  • Prepare Tender, Quotation and documentation
  • Carry out office administration work, documents filing & Submission
  • Prepare and process sales documents, including quotation, invoices, purchase orders (POs), and delivery orders (DOs).
  • Prepare documents after receive the Purchase order.
  • Follow up on customer payments, prepare invoices and receipts.
  • Provide secretarial & administrative support to directors
  • ⁠Attend site visits or meetings when required
  • Able to handleAd-hoctasks from time to time

Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess at least Certificate, Diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or similar capacity preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and basic computer skills
  • Candidate must have good memory and must be detailed oriented,  work independently, hard-working, self- motivated.
  • Good written & verbal communication skills
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encourages to apply.
  • Able to start work immediately will be added advantage.
