We're a medium-sized petro-retail store with a steady flow of customers and a friendly, supportive crew. Here, every shift counts - you'll be part of a team that keeps the store running smoothly through good service, organized displays, accurate cashiering, and creative local marketing.
1. Retail Assistant
As a Retail Supervisor, you'll take charge of daily operations, lead your team, and ensure store performance aligns with company standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage cashiering and POS transactions accurately, including daily reports and cash balancing.
- Oversee stock management, conduct regular checks, restocking, labeling, and timely replenishment.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual presentation according to brand standards.
- Coordinate merchandising, product displays, promotions and stock ordering.
- Provide friendly, informed customer service and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
- Lead daily store operations to ensure service quality, efficiency, and compliance.
- Support and execute marketing initiatives for HQ such as social media posts to local outreach and seasonal campaigns.
- Propose and implement store-level marketing ideas to drive sales and visibility.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of retail or cashiering experience (training provided for fast learners or new joiners).
- Responsible, approachable, and comfortable engaging with customers.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage stock-related tasks efficiently.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
2. Retail Supervisor
As a Retail Supervisor, you'll lead daily operations, manage stock and staff, and ensure smooth coordination with head office marketing and promotional efforts. You'll manage the store keeping it organized, profitable and welcoming.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and uphold service, quality, and display standards.
- Manage cashiering and POS transactions accurately, including daily reports and cash balancing.
- Supervise cashiering, sales reports and daily cash reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular checks, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate merchandising and ensure products are well-presented according to brand guidelines.
- Work with the head office marketing team on campaign rollouts, while also executing store-level initiatives such as product highlights, seasonal promos, or community engagement activities.
- Track sales trends and suggest improvements or local marketing ideas.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Train and motivate team members to maintain a strong, positive work culture.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in retail or sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Good leadership, communication and organization skills. (training provided if not yet fully experienced).
- Confident with stock management, cashiering and reporting systems.
- Hands-on and proactive - willing to work alongside the team on the floor.
- Flexible with shifts, weekends and public holidays.
