Female Streamer

Overview

We are seeking a female streamer and content creator to collaborate on a new gaming-focused studio project based in Kota Kinabalu.

All streaming and recording sessions will take place in a dedicated home-studio environment managed by the studio, ensuring a comfortable and professional creative setup.

Streaming will begin with Minecraft and may gradually expand to other games such as Call of Duty, Battlefield, Elden Ring, Clair Obscur, and other trending titles as the project grows.

Production will ramp up gradually, with reasonable pacing and practical training.

There is no expectation to perform everything immediately — we learn together and grow together as the studio develops its content pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Stream at least 40 hours per week of gaming content on Twitch, plus 5 hours weekly for short-form or promotional content
• Create engaging clips, Instagram reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts based on stream highlights
• Engage with English-speaking audiences (mainly U.S. time zone)
• Maintain professionalism, consistency, and a positive on-camera presence
• Participate in brand shoots, promotional content, and creative collaborations as needed

Must-Have Requirements

• Female applicant
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Reliable personality, punctual, and willing to learn
• Able to work at the studio's home-based location in Kota Kinabalu

Nice-to-Have Qualities

• Confidence while streaming or interacting live on camera
• Passion for gaming and interest in multiplayer titles
• Good communication and viewer-interaction skills

Application Process

Applicants must either:

• Have an active social-media account (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) where suitability and on-camera presence can be assessed, or
• Submit a short introduction video (1–3 minutes) recorded in a livestream-style shot — show your upper body and face clearly in a well-lit, horizontal (landscape) frame, with clear audio and minimal background noise.

In your video, please explain:

• Why you're interested in streaming
• What kind of content you enjoy creating or watching
• How far you see yourself pursuing streaming as a long-term career

(Optional but encouraged): Include links to any Twitch, YouTube, or TikTok pages if you've posted content before.

Short-listed applicants will be invited for an informal interview (lunch or dinner) to discuss creative direction and potential collaboration.
