About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Admin Assistant to join our team. You'll play an important role in supporting daily office operations, including documentation, data entry, invoicing, filing, and coordination with suppliers and customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle documentation, data entry, and filing of company records.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and related documents.
- Coordinate and communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure all administrative activities are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in administrative or accounting support is an added advantage.
