Job Description:

  • To manage BD's records and filing and serve as the "Document Controller" of the department.
  • To update the BD's leads database and assist in the Lead Management System (SQL – Sales Qualified Leads).
  • To handle any department's HR/claim matters i.e., travel/training requisition, travelling claims.
  • To attend to customer's inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
  • To assist in the cold calls for prospects based on the leads.
  • To support BD's (Leasing) day-to-day marketing activities.
  • To prepare memo on proposed licensing and license agreement.
  • To ensure all required documents i.e., SSM Form 9, and Form 44, are submitted by prospect tenant for the preparation term sheet/memo/license agreement/tenancy agreement.
  • To liaise with Legal Department on document review i.e., tenancy agreement.
  • To monitor renovation process and liaise with the internal related department: AVSEC and HSE – preparation for security briefing and safety.
  • To assist in the preparation and upkeep of the department's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Manual Procedures (WMP).
  • To assist in the execution of the email marketing for potential leads.
  • To assist in administrative, leaves management, audit exercise and secretarial duties as well as taking notes during site visits with customers.
  • To assist in the safety briefing for future tenants and their contractors.
  • To assist in the coordination of the event management that is organized by BD or Corporate Communications.
  • To attend to any clerical tasks as required by department.
  • To coordinate, participate, take note, and prepare minutes meetings or site visits with customers.
  • To assist Corporate Communication for any site visit.
  • To work closely with Corporate Communication Department in conjunction with the planned events for the whole year.
  • To liaise with the Facilities Management Department for technical support in preparing the events/bazaar space e.g., placing carpet, plug point, table, chair, bunting.
  • To assist Corporate Communication in decorating any festival.
  • To follow-up any pending matters with potential tenants.
  • To attend to customer's feedback and handle customer related enquiries and complaints.
  • To promote the promotional activity at Senai International Airport to potential exhibitor i.e., promotion spaces and placement of brochures/leaflets at information counter/arrival hall.
  • To manage, maintain, and update the potential tenant's database.
  • To participate during initial meeting and site visit with prospects and to take lead on the follow ups site visit.

Education:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management / Entrepreneurship or a related field.

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
