Our global client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to spearhead their expansion and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    Develop and implement a robust business strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives for the Chinese market.
  • Sales Leadership:
    Drive revenue growth by overseeing sales activities, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and account management.
  • Operations Excellence:
    Optimize operational processes, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of products and services.
  • Customer Success:
    Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Financial Performance:
    Manage budgets, track key performance indicators, and deliver strong financial results.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong industry experience in fintech/brokerages/platforms/capital markets across CFDs, FX, or traditional asset classes.
  • Proven track record in leading sales and operations teams in China.
  • Deep understanding of the Chinese market, business practices, and regulatory environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
