JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  1. Strategic Planning

  2. Develop comprehensive development plans that align with organizational goals, market trends, and sustainability practices.

  3. Feasibility Studies

  4. Conduct market research and financial analysis to assess the viability of proposed projects.

  5. Regulatory Compliance

  6. Ensure all planning activities adhere to zoning laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards.

  7. Stakeholder Coordination

  8. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and government authorities to secure approvals and ensure smooth project execution.

  9. Budget Management

  10. Prepare and manage budgets for planning activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

  11. Risk Management

  12. Identify potential risks during the planning phase and develop strategies to mitigate them.

  13. Documentation and Reporting

  14. Maintain accurate records of planning activities and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

  15. Project Administration

  16. Provides critical support in property development projects by coordinating tender documents, contractor appointments, and tracking project progress.

  17. This function is essential to ensure that project timelines and budgets are adhered to efficiently.
  18. Ensure project documentation complies with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
  19. Maintain a well-organized filing system (both hard copy and digital) for drawings, correspondence, reports, and approvals.
  20. Track and update project documentation status, ensuring compliance with company standards and audit requirements.

INCUMBENT REQUIREMENT

  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of hands-on experience in property development, urban planning, or project management:
  • Minimum 5-year experiences
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project plans.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, or project management tools is often preferred.
  • Knowledge of property-related regulations and procedures.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in conducting feasibility studies and preparing development proposals.
  • Willing to travel.
