Sales & Service Consultant – Believe Fitness Pinnacle Sri Petaling

Location: Pinnacle Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,200+ (Base Salary) + Commission + Incentives

About Us:

Believe Fitness Pinnacle Sri Petaling is a 24-hour fitness center offering world-class facilities, diverse group classes, and a thriving fitness community. We are looking for a motivated Sales & Service Consultant to help grow our membership base while delivering excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive gym membership sales through walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads.
  • Conduct gym tours, explaining membership benefits and packages to potential members.
  • Build strong relationships with members and provide excellent customer service.
  • Follow up with leads and assist in membership renewals.
  • Participate in community outreach, marketing events, and partnership activities.
  • Handle operations, including member inquiries.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Passionate about fitness, health, and helping others.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
  • Previous experience in sales, fitness, or customer service is a plus.
  • Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
