Operation Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business and Client Services team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

Operation Specialist (Hong Kong Market)

We will count on you to:

• Provide comprehensive back-end support to business stakeholders for broking operations.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to insurer and client processes for new business and renewals, including Quotations, Placing Slip, Summaries of Cover, Debit Notes, invoice and policy dispatch
• Assist with policy verification, data management, and various project tasks in accordance with company standards and operational procedures.
• Contribute to meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Turnaround Times (TAT), accuracy targets, and overall business goals.
• Perform general and ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
• Participate in on-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledge

What you need to have:

• At least a bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 2 -3 years' experience in insurance or broking operations is strongly preferred.
• Proficient communication skills in spoken, listening, and written English and Cantonese are highly advantageous to support Hong Kong Market
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating self-motivation and resilience under pressure.
• Competent in using software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
