Job Summary:

As a Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical support Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Business Central platform. You will collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure that the ERP system meets business requirements and integrates seamlessly with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support by handling user tickets.

  • Design and develop customizations and extensions using AL and C/AL languages.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and test solutions.

  • Debug and troubleshoot issues within Business Central.

  • Maintain system documentation and adhere to technical best practices.

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and performance of the system.

  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV development is a must.

  • Proficiency in AL and C/AL programming languages.

  • Experience with Visual Studio Code and Azure DevOps.

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English

  • Travelling is required for this position including overseas business trip

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus

  • Familiarity with GitHub, and automated testing frameworks.
