Are you proactive, adaptable, and driven with a strong passion for sales?

GProp Systems is looking for a highly skilled and reliable Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in driving sales and executing marketing strategies to strengthen GProp Systems' presence in the property management software industry, both locally and abroad.

Responsibilities

  • Excel in sales and marketing: Promote and sell the company's innovative property management solutions.
  • Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Sales administration: Handle all sales and marketing-related administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Promotional activities: Assist in organizing events and campaigns to enhance market exposure and brand image, both online and offline.
  • Sales reporting: Track and generate reports on sales performance metrics.
  • Team collaboration: Contribute to collaborative efforts to improve processes and achieve team goals.
  • Ad-hoc tasks: Support management in executing ad-hoc assignments when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: STPM/Pre-U/Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage).
  • Willingness to travel for outstation work (accommodation and transportation allowance provided).
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and customer-oriented personality.

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
