About the Role

We're looking for a skilled .NET Programmer with strong backend development and database optimization skills in PostgreSQL to join our product engineering team at Hatio, a cloud supply chain platform that powers logistics, warehouse management, and control tower operations across Southeast Asia.

You'll play a key role in building and maintaining robust SaaS applications, integrating APIs, and ensuring high-performance data processing for our supply chain modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core / ASP.NET.
  • Build and optimize relational database structures and queries using PostgreSQL.
  • Maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot application performance, implementing fixes proactively.
  • Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance with internal SaaS and data protection standards.
  • Participate in agile development cycles — sprints, standups, and retrospectives.
  • Document APIs, data models, and system flows clearly for internal teams and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–5 years of experience in backend development using .NET Framework / .NET Core.
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (query optimization, indexing, stored procedures).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
