Job Summary:

We are seeking a
Project Executive
to help us ensure the coordination and execution of multiple IT projects with partners and end users. This role is ideal for candidates with
1+ years of experience
,
recent graduates
, or those with relevant internship/project work who are eager to start a career in project management and IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to set project goals and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients and partners.
  • Identify and resolve project issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure project documentation and tracking are up to date.
  • Continuously improve project processes and execution quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Project Management
    ,
    Business Administration
    , or related field.
  • At least
    1 year of experience
    in project management.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Project
    .
  • Familiarity with
    government
    and
    GLC projects
    is a plus.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a
    cybersecurity
    or
    training/consulting
    environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or equivalent).
  • A growth mindset with an eye for continuous improvement.
