Job Descriptions:


• Lead end-to-end event & activation delivery from planning, budgeting, vendor management, to onsite execution, ensuring all milestones are delivered on time.


• Own project profitability by preparing accurate costings, negotiating vendors, and maintaining GP margin.


• Manage & mentor the project team to follow SOPs, meet timelines, and uphold quality standards.


• Work closely with Account Manager & Creative team to translate briefs into feasible solutions, support proposals, and ensure smooth client communication.


• Implement quality control & reporting, including production feasibility checks, QA processes, and post-event reporting within 5 working days.

Job Requirement:


• 6+ years experience in event marketing / brand activations


• Strong budgeting, costing, and margin management skills.


• Deep vendor network across fabrication, AV, props, logistics, talent, and venues.


• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight timelines.


• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.


• Ability to work onsite, travel, and handle long event hours when needed.
