Responsibilities:

  • Participates in new product development to make sure testability is designed into new products.
  • Determines the test process and develops test specs / procedures based on that process.
  • Generates test programs and fixtures for production testing.
  • Supports production by providing on-going technical support.
  • Execute Engineering Change (EC) which is related to Test.
  • Responsible of test yields improvement and test equipment maintenance.
  • Support test quote request based on RFQ process.
  • Responsible in tester improvement and Kaizen project Perform test capacity studies Support debug wips clearance
  • Adhere to global SOPs and work instruction.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Good knowledge in In-Circuit-Tester and Flying Probe are much preferred. Knowledgeable on RF testing / RF equipment and networking products will be an added advantage.
  • Able to be part of a cross-functional team in problem solving and resolution of operations issues effectively.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills Skilled writing and execution on Tester Validation Report Must be independent and self-motivated.
