Job Summary:
Opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with no experience to gain hands-on exposure in administrative tasks. Assist the team in handling daily office operations, documentation, and basic coordination work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in general administrative and clerical duties.
- Handle data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Support HR and management in daily operations.
- Prepare simple reports and update records.
- Answer phone calls and assist in correspondence.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email).
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work in a team.
