What you'll be doing?
  • Project Planning: Assist in planning, monitoring, and controlling daily work activities for project sites.
  • Team Leadership: Lead supervisory teams and contractors onsite to ensure timely construction work.
  • Progress Monitoring: Control, monitor, and report on target work progress to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Quality Control: Plan, execute, and monitor work sites under specific timeframes while maintaining proper quality control measures.
  • Documentation Management: Monitor and control all daily work activities in terms of documentation and on-site work progress.
  • Safety Compliance: Coordinate with the safety team to ensure contractor work complies with QESH Management System policies.
  • Technical Oversight: Review, coordinate, and ensure the correct execution of issued drawings according to specifications, schedules, and site instructions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a team player for interfacing matters with other work trends like M&E.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in engineering principles.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of working experience, preferably in development projects, bringing valuable insights to the role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with development flow, including planning, permitting, and construction management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project), essential for effective project management.
  • Work Style: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
  • Attitude: Positive mindset, committed and proactive in facing challenges.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English, crucial for effective communication with diverse project stakeholders.
