Job Description:
We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Insurance Agents. If you enjoy communicating with people, have strong initiative, or are looking to build a stable career with high income potential — this is a great opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and provide suitable insurance solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate plans.
- Attend training, meetings, and coaching sessions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure excellent service and satisfaction.
- Work closely with team leaders to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum education: SPM / Diploma / Degree.
- Sales experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently (remote or in office).
