Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursing Lecturer to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, supervising students in both classroom and clinical settings, and contributing to curriculum development and academic activities within the Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver lectures, tutorials, and clinical supervision for nursing students.
  • Prepare and update teaching materials according to programme requirements.
  • Assess student performance through assignments, examinations, and practical evaluations.
  • Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students.
  • Participate in curriculum review and faculty meetings.
  • Ensure all teaching and learning activities comply with MQA and Nursing Board Malaysia standards.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing (required).
  • Post Basic qualification (required).
  • Registered Nurse with current Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching or clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about teaching and developing future nursing professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM7,500.00 per month
