Job Description:

We are looking for a committed Conveyancing Lawyer to join our growing legal firm in Kuching. The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage conveyancing files and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA), Tenancy Agreement, Memorandum of Transfer and Charge, loan and financing documents
  • Manage sub-sale, direct purchase, and developer projects
  • Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, agents, land offices, and LHDN
  • Supervise conveyancing clerk

Requirements:
  • Admitted to High Court of Sabah and Sarawak
  • Minimum 3 years' conveyancing experience
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory
