  2. Upon receipt of Letter of Offer for new arrivals, to liaise with respective employers to obtain the following documents to facilitate issuing of access pass;

a. duly completed Form B showing particulars of residents to be checked-in

b. photocopy of residents valid passport & permit

  1. To liaise with Resident Advisor for conducting of pre-admission briefing for new residents arriving at dormitory. Resident Advisor and new residents briefed shall sign on Form B to confirm that briefing has been done.

  2. To hand over access passes to new residents and advise them to sign to confirm receipt of new access pass. Residents should be advised to check that particulars in the access pass are correct.

  3. For residents checking into existing units, to check occupancy status of respective unit and verify that there is indeed bed space for residents to be housed. If there is insufficient bed space, to notify employer accordingly.

  4. To update unit name list on details of new workers and workers checking-out into system.

  5. To save keep access passes of workers who are due to proceed on home leave.

  6. With regards to resident returning from home leave arrive after office hours, duty security guard will advise the resident to call over at management office the next working day to collect their access pass.

  7. When a complaint of defective pass is received, to check the pass to ascertain if the defect is due to negligence or manufacturing defect. If the defect is ascertained to be due to negligence, the residents need to pay for the replacement. Otherwise, charges will be waived.

  8. To liaise with employers where work permits are due to expire. Employers shall be advised to submit copies of the renewed work permit. And update into system once received a renew copy

  9. To handle requests from customer where it related to their employee.

  10. Quarterly Physical Occupancy Inspection (POI) assist by Resident Advisor. Enrolment shall update residents total Nos unit name list and unit No ( if necessary )

  11. To ensure all facial machine in good condition and available to use.

  12. Manage documentation of residents check-in and check-out.

  13. Obtain documents of workers (such as photocopy of passport, work permit) and issuing of proximity passes

  14. Verify the residents' list with the respective customer on a monthly basis and update Account dept. for billing purpose.

  15. Sending daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly report to operation and account department.

  16. Any other tasks as assigned by the superiors
