We are a company that is expanding and are looking for a dedicated Project Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects, coordinating with users, and ensuring successful implementation of systems and applications. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution to delivery and support.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Plan and schedule project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage and track project progress, ensuring timely execution.
  • Allocate resources efficiently and coordinate with relevant teams.

Technical Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare project reports, system design documents, acceptance test reports, SOPs, user manuals, and technical documentation.

Customer/User Coordination:

  • Work closely with customers/users to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Ensure customer/user expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Infrastructure, Applications & System Implementation:

  • Work with project teams to ensure smooth integration of new technologies.
  • Provide support in application development, testing, and implementation.

Project Compliance:

  • Assist in project costing and claims.
  • Ensure projects comply with industry standards and company policies.

Software & Tools:

  • Knowledge of IT systems, applications, network infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in IT project management, system implementation, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of software development, system integration, and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
