As a
Marketing Product Development Manager
, you will report to the Global Marketing Head within the Global Marketing Team – Product based in Malaysia. Your coverage area spans the
APAC region
, where you will collaborate closely with Design teams, Creative teams, and Performance teams. In this strategic role, you will serve as the central coordination point for marketing initiatives across the region, driving integrated marketing campaigns and product positioning strategies that directly support the company's expansion goals and market penetration across Asia-Pacific through comprehensive multi-channel marketing execution and brand management.

Job Experience & Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field required
- Minimum
6 years
of experience in marketing positions, preferably in the financial industry - Proven experience with advertising campaigns and integrated marketing strategies
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with advanced proficiency
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, and Power BI preferred
- Strong analytical background with ability to interpret data and marketing performance metrics
Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team coordination
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills with strong proficiency in English
- Driven, passionate, and independent worker who excels as a team player in collaborative environments
Other Requirements:
- Ability to converse in
Chinese language
will be advantageous for APAC market coverage
Job Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
- Build comprehensive market product and marketing plans that align with regional and global business objectives
- Serve as the single point of contact for marketing issues resolution and strategic marketing coordination across APAC
- Coordinate the development and review of communication materials with appropriate internal and external resources
- Lead the development of marketing collateral to support strategic marketing plans and product launches
- Coordinate with public relations teams to support integrated marketing initiatives and brand positioning
- Develop and manage automated, journey-based omnichannel campaigns utilizing marketing experience with alternate funding arrangements
- Utilize data and analytics to draw meaningful insights and identify trends that guide strategic marketing decision-making
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to create innovative multi-channel marketing initiatives, including development, implementation, and results measurement
- Coordinate seamlessly with external partners and suppliers as well as internal teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and events
- Manage the development and fulfillment of collateral and brand materials, ensuring content remains regularly updated and accurate
- Ensure comprehensive quality assurance for all marketing materials and promotional campaigns
- Partner closely with marketing technology teams to ensure proper measurement and tracking of relevant KPIs
- Liaise effectively with Design teams to manage implementation of content and campaign materials
- Work directly with web developers to maintain websites with approved, up-to-date materials and content
