Position Title: Head of Design
Core Requirements:
- Experience in Multinational/International Companies
– Proven background in global enterprises or international brands, familiar with worldwide design trends and business practices. - Comprehensive Multimedia Design Capability
– Proficient in
3D design, graphic design, UI/UX, and digital media
, able to lead cross-media visual creativity and execution. - Successful Brand Revamp Cases
– Full ownership of
brand renewal projects
(from strategy to execution), including visual system upgrades, product positioning adjustments, and promotional rollout. - Multi-Brand Design Management Experience
– Managed
multiple brands (or product lines)
ensuring consistency in tone while maintaining differentiation. - Team Leadership
– Led
design teams of 10+ members
, with experience in talent development and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning
– Define the company's overall
creative direction
, ensuring design strategies are deeply aligned with business goals. - Brand System Development
– Lead the standardization and innovative iteration of
brand visual systems
(VI, packaging, digital touchpoints, etc.). - Brand Renewal & Upgrade
– Oversee the entire process of brand transformation from research to implementation, coordinating internal and external resources. - Cross-Department Collaboration
