We are looking for a dynamic Accounts Executive to join our team.

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards, and providing accurate financial information to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the entire accounts payable function, this includes process and verify all accounts payable related transactions and ensure with relevant supporting document.
  • To liase with the sales support for Account Receivables matter such as filling, cross checking sales invoice for following sales SOP, collection with customer and other AR related matters.
  • Perform vendor and balance sheet reconciliation on monthly basis.
  • Responsible for all inter-company transactions are recorded timely, accurately and have been confirmed with the parties.
  • Process monthly journal posting and ensure monthly accruals are completed timely, accurately and in accordance of Company's policies and procedures.
  • Follow up aged PO, monitor prepayment account and update AR payment collection.
  • Preparation of payment schedule in weekly and monthly basis.
  • Update P&L and Balance Sheet schedule in monthly basis.
  • Identify the current accounts payable issue and drive efficiencies and improvements by collaborate with internal stakeholder.
  • Assist in financial audits, provide support in tax filing and other regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignment as and when it is required.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking/ Business Analytics, or equivalent.
  • At least 2-4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (eg. AutoCount) and MS Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • Assertive, creative, good interpersonal skills, highly driven and self-motivated for a fast-paced evolving environment
  • Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage due to the business nature needed.
