Role Overview

Responsible for improving packaging efficiency through root cause analysis and performance tracking across three packaging lines. 

Responsibilities

Manage performance measurement & actionable system to determine the level of achievement before, during & after the implementation of projectsImprove packaging efficiency through ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS for mechanical failure as they occur for all 3 packaging linesDesign and Generate Standard Operating Procedure for specific machines to enhance the maintenance of the machines to introduce good manufacturing practiceData analysis

Requirement

Minimum Degree in Chemical Engineering Minimum CGPA 3.0 or Second Class Upper or equivalentFluent in English and Bahasa MalaysiaAble to commit for 3 - 6 monthsProven leadership skills in extra-curricular activitiesGood communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsInnovative and systematic with sound analytical skillsHigh work capacity, self-driven and a team-playerProactive, action-oriented, persistent and resilientPassion in the beer industry
