Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Motor Image Malaysia, located in Petaling Jaya. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, drive sales performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement strategies to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include managing and leading a team, handling financial and administrative tasks, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role also involves building strong client relationships and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Proven sales and business development skills to achieve and exceed branch targets.
  • Knowledge of financial and administrative management, including budget control and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and address challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience in automotive sales or industry-related fields is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
