主要岗位职责

作为马来西亚与中国总部HR的核心接口,全面、准确、及时地处理马来西亚自有及EOR员工的全生命周期内的HR事务性工作,确保当地人力资源运营操作符合马来西亚法规及集团政策,为马来业务提供高效、专业的HR运营支持。

主要内容:

1. 负责马来员工的签证与工作许可管理,包括工作签证的新办、变更、取消等全流程,维护员工签证到期日数据库,确保及时提醒和续签,规避用工风险,并与与移民局、相关政府机构及外包供应商保持密切沟通,及时向员工和管理层更新签证办理进度和要求,提供必要的指导和支持,确保流程顺畅

2.  准确、准时地完成马来西亚员工的月度薪酬核算,包括考勤数据整合、奖金、津贴、扣款(个税、社保EPF、公积金Socso等)的计算;

与本地薪酬外包服务商(如有)对接,审核其提交的薪酬数据,负责员工的考勤统计与确认,解答员工关于考勤和休假政策的疑问,并在时间节点内完成薪酬确认,确保准确性

负责当地法定福利(EPF, Socso, EIS)的申报和缴纳,处理员工的薪酬问询,并提供清晰、专业的解答,并与北京总部保持紧密沟通,并协助管理公司补充福利计划(如医疗保险、年度体检)的日常运营

1. 负责员工入职、转正、调动、离职等流程的全生命周期管理,并准备并发放入职文件、劳动合同、离职证明等关键文件。

定期生成标准HR运营报告,确保所有HR操作严格遵守马来西亚的劳动法、税务法规和数据保护法

续优化当地HR流程与体系,提升员工满意度与集团的融入

任职资格要求

1. 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理、财务或相关专业优先。

2. 具有3年+ 在马来西亚人力资源领域的工作经验,有跨国公司或共享服务中心(SSC)工作经验者优先

3.必须具备 独立的马来西亚薪酬核算和法定福利(EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB/MTD税务)处理经验

4.必须具备 为外籍员工办理马来西亚工作签证的实际操作经验,熟悉移民局流程,熟悉马来西亚《劳动法》及相关法律法规。

1. 英语和马来语流利(书面及口语),能够与政府机构、本地员工及区域团队进行有效沟通。中文(普通话)能力将是巨大的加分项,便于与中国总部/管理层沟通。

具有优秀的客户服务意识和沟通技巧,能耐心、专业地解决员工问题,诚信、可靠,能够严格保守员工和公司的机密信息。

About the Role

As the key HR interface between our Malaysia office and the headquarters in China, the HR Generalist will manage the full employee lifecycle for both local and EOR employees. This role ensures all HR operations comply with Malaysian labor regulations and company policies, providing efficient and professional HR support for the business in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage work visa and permit processes for foreign employees, including new applications, renewals, changes, and cancellations. Maintain the visa database, track expiry dates, and provide timely updates and guidance to employees and management. Liaise closely with immigration authorities, government agencies, and external vendors to ensure smooth processing.
• Handle monthly payroll accurately and on time, including attendance data consolidation, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD). Coordinate with payroll vendors (if any), verify payroll data, and address employee payroll or attendance inquiries.
• Administer statutory benefits (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) and support company supplementary benefits (medical insurance, annual health check-ups). Act as the contact point for HR and payroll queries, providing clear and professional responses.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and exit, ensuring timely issuance of employment contracts, confirmation letters, and termination certificates.
• Prepare regular HR reports and ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, tax regulations, and data protection requirements.
• Continuously review and improve HR processes to enhance employee experience and strengthen integration with the group.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience in Malaysia, preferably with multinational companies or Shared Service Centers (SSC).
• Hands-on experience in payroll calculation and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD).
• Practical experience in handling Malaysian work visas for expatriates, with strong knowledge of immigration procedures and Malaysian labor laws.
• Fluent in English and Malay (written and spoken). Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage for communication with China HQ.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; trustworthy, reliable, and able to maintain high confidentiality standards.
