  • Remain attentive to customers and provide recommendations when necessary.
  • Be knowledgeable about the brand, designers, and services to give accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with constructive and effective solutions.
  • Assist with inventory counts and the arrangement of new products, including updates to in-store and window displays.
  • Report to the Business Team.
