Job Responsibilities | 岗位职责

  • Perform routine inspections of die casting, CNC, and NDT processes to ensure product quality. 负责压铸、CNC 及探伤工序的日常巡检,确保产品质量。
  • Verify compliance with product specifications, drawings, and standards. 确认产品符合图纸及工艺标准。
  • Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) for accurate inspection. 使用测量工具(游标卡尺、千分尺、高度尺等)进行精确检验。
  • Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify defects and provide quality feedback. 进行无损探伤检验,识别缺陷并提供质量反馈。
  • Document and report inspection results promptly to support production. 及时记录并汇报检验结果,为生产提供支持。

Job Requirements | 任职要求

  • Education: Junior high school or above. 学历:初中及以上。
  • Work ethic: Hardworking, responsible, and adaptable to shift work. 工作态度:吃苦耐劳,责任心强,能适应倒班。
  • Skills: Strong communication and coordination abilities. 技能:沟通协调能力强。
  • Preferred: Ability to read drawings, mechanical background, prior inspection experience, and familiarity with measuring tools. 优先条件:会看图纸、机械专业背景、有检验经验及测量工具使用经验。
  • Location: Willing to work at Klang factory near Aman Perdana. 工作地点:愿意在巴生 Aman Perdana 附近工厂工作。
  • Language: Mandarin proficiency preferred to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders. 语言要求:懂中文者优先,以便与中文沟通的相关方对接。
