Job Title: Marketing ManagerOverview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role leads cross-channel campaigns, manages the marketing team, and collaborates with sales, product, and leadership to ensure cohesive brand messaging and business alignment.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
  • Manage brand positioning, messaging, and overall marketing direction.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and traditional advertising.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate content development (blogs, videos, social content, web copy, etc.).

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate marketing staff and external partners/agencies.
  • Oversee workflow, resources, and project timelines to ensure timely execution.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs, generate performance reports, and present insights to leadership.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation platforms) to drive data-based decisions.

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
  • Forecast costs, track expenditures, and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales to support lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Partner with product teams for new product launches and messaging alignment.
  • Support company events, trade shows, and PR initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–7 years experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management or strategy.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project-management skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in F&B & Retail.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Budget management experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM8,000.00 per month
