Affiliate Channel Partnership Specialist(Taobao Overseas)

Taobao Malaysia by Alibaba International Digital Commerce (AIDC), aims to bring the best shopping experience to Malaysians. We are looking for an Affiliate marketing expert who is passionate about ecommerce and consumer marketing.
Seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager with deep insights of local Malaysian customers. Responsible for overseeing affiliate marketing, partnership, influencer marketing and branding efforts of Taobao App. Leveraging Taobao App to drive a complete Online/Offline user experience and transactions.
Responsible for regional marketing campaign design and execution. Working closely with China headquarter team in Hangzhou to align overall affiliate marketing strategy, customer acquisition strategy, and to continuously drive Taobao's customer value propositions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute the affiliate growth strategy to drive GMV and new user acquisition.
- Manage and optimize day-to-day affiliate operations, including onboarding, campaign planning, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Identify, recruit, and nurture high-performing affiliates, creators, and partnership networks to expand brand reach.
- Analyze and report affiliate performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and growth alignment.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, incentives, and commission structures to ensure sustainable partner relationships.
- Stay ahead of market trends in affiliate and influencer marketing to identify new growth opportunities.
- Monitor compliance and brand safety across all affiliate activities and promotional content.
- Budget: Owns annual marketing and operation budget. Complies with company budget approval request processes and execution.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or influencer marketing.
- Proven track record of driving GMV, traffic, or conversions through affiliate channels.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to show continuous breakthrough in marketing strategy and tools and customer growth
- Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams and work in fast-paced working environments;
