Job Responsibilities:

  • Can manually prepare a full set account (using Excel).
  • To perform monthly bank reconciliation, debtor & creditor reconciliation.
  • Assure the proper recording of business transactions so that the financial statements of the business are accurate and timely.
  • Responsible to handle full set of accounts, timely preparation of financial and management reports, cash flow forecasting, reviewing and analyzing financial data and performance.
  • Liaise with the auditor, tax agent, and external regulatory parties, attend periodic tax audits, company secretary requirements, and statutory reporting and field audit
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants as necessary.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Other accounting/finance support as needed.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 Year of working experience in the related field is preferable
  • Possess strong level of accuracy and attention to details.
  • Ability to take responsibility and be accountable.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to perform tasks assigned independently and a good team player in collaboration with other stakeholders.
