Responsibilities:

  1. Order Review and Approval

  2. Review customer orders received via system or email.

  3. Convert approved orders into SAP sales orders through internal evaluation.
  4. Assess order details including delivery time, price, and shipping address.

  5. Order Planning and Tracking

  6. Create internal sales orders in SAP based on customer P/O, with managerial approval.

  7. Enter production forecasts and weekly/monthly material requirements into SAP.
  8. Confirm delivery schedules with customers and generate delivery notes in SAP.
  9. Handle returns due to quality issues by creating return orders in SAP.

  10. Account Reconciliation and Payment Follow-up

  11. Perform monthly account reconciliation with customers in SAP.

  12. Provide relevant invoices and actively follow up on payment collection.
  13. Process other expense applications using SAP system.

  14. Document and Data Management

  15. Ensure timely daily clearing, reconciliation, data entry, and document tracking.

  16. Customer Satisfaction Management

  17. Conduct quarterly customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve service.

  18. Submit daily work reports and plans via OA system.
  19. Manage internal email confirmations, vehicle dispatch, and shipping release forms.
  20. Assist project staff in documentation and project follow-up.
  21. Handle production delivery issues and customer complaints.
  22. Prepare and submit monthly sales and expense reports by the 7th of each month.

Job Requirements:

  • Skills:

  • Proficient in Office software and SAP management system

  • Basic knowledge of mold and plastic materials preferred
  • Experience in production management or order coordination is a plus
  • Personality: Energetic, responsible, and professional appearance
  • Language required: Mandarin & Malay & English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
