Responsibility:

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Review and authorize disbursement requests with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ensure timely completion of settlements and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of financial transactions.
  • Accurately process and input financial data into the system.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Compile, update, and maintain comprehensive financial data in databases and systems.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Provide support in various finance-related projects and initiatives, contributing to team success.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement necessary changes.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Finance/ Office Management / Business Administration /Business Management or relevant field.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Have keen attention to detail and is very meticulous.
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and administration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words.
  • Independent, resources, and have high common sense.
  • Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Possess good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
