Position purpose 

Reporting to the Retail/Sales Operations Executive, this role focuses on representing a globally renowned luxury brand by delivering exceptional sales performance and customer service, fostering lasting customer relationships and creating a welcoming retail experience.

Key responsibilities 

• Attend to customer requests and inquiries about cosmetic and fragrance products.
• Recommend the ideal cosmetic and fragrance products to customers according to their individual preference through knowledge sharing.
• Assist customers with full-face makeup applications and provide professional product testing experiences.
• Maintain good relationship with customers to build customer loyalty.
• Basic housekeeping of work area.
• Assist in retail operations, e.g. stock take.
• May be required to be involved in new beauty products launches & related events.

Requirements 

• Relevant retail experience in cosmetic and fragrance products.
• Must possess strong hands-on makeup skills.
• Makeup certification will be an advantage.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong sales orientation.
• Willingness to commit to retail operational hours.
• Pleasant disposition and well-groomed appearance.
• Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
