Job Requirements:

  • Open to candidates from any educational background
  • Experience in the SPA & Wellness industry is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proven leadership experience (must have led a team of 10+ members)
  • Fast learner with good computer skills
  • Language Requirements: English (Must), Bahasa Malaysia (Must), Mandarin (Optional but an advantage)

Job Description:

  • Day-to-Day Operations: Manage daily spa activities and uphold service standards
  • Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate spa concierge and therapist teams, including scheduling and performance tracking
  • Complaint Management: Resolve customer complaints across branches professionally and consistently
  • Vendor Coordination: Communicate with spa vendors to ensure operational smoothness and quality
  • Sales & Promotion: Drive service and product promotions, working toward outlet sales targets
  • Inventory Oversight: Maintain stock accuracy and conduct regular inventory checks
  • Equipment Monitoring: Ensure all equipment is functional and well-maintained
  • Training & Development: Conduct onboarding and skill-based training for new and existing staff
  • Group Sales & Events: Manage corporate and group bookings, from initial contact to on-site coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8, RM10,000.00 per month
